Sometimes we need so few ingredients for an easy, quick and healthy dessert. In my case, I used low-fat yogurt and sweetener. If you are not on a diet, you can use sugar instead of sweetener and fatty yogurt instead of skim.
Dukan Diet Recipe Yogurt Jelly with Rum and Cinnamon Flavor
Ingredients
- 400 g defatted Greek yogurt (0.1% fat)
- powder sweetener to taste (about 3 tablespoons)
- 1 sachet of gelatin (10g)
- 100 ml skim milk
- 1 teaspoon free of rum
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon for powdering
Preparation :
Put hydrated gelatin in 100 ml of cold sweet milk. After 10 minutes, heat the gelatin, without boiling, and stir to make it homogeneous.
Mix the yogurt with the sweetener and rum essence, then add the mixture to the gelatin in a thin stream. Homogenize and put in cups, or bowls, or glasses. What you like and is at hand. Refrigerate for at least two hours to set. Turn over on a plate and powder with cinnamon to taste.
